1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Abhyashika Library's facilities and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Library Rules and Conduct

• Maintain silence in study areas
• Keep your mobile phones on silent mode
• No food or beverages allowed in study areas only allowed in designated area for lunch
• Handle library property with care
• Follow the designated timing for your slot
• Respect other members and staff

3. Membership and Access

• Membership is subject to availability
• Access is strictly limited to subscribed time slots
• Membership cards/access tokens are non-transferable
• The library reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership

4. Payment Terms and Additional Charges

• All payments must be made in advance for the selected subscription plan
• Late payments will incur a fee of ₹50 per day after the due date
• Time slot changes or seat changes will incur a fee of ₹200 per request
• The subscription fee covers only seat access and basic amenities
• No external subscriptions or additional services are included in the base price
• We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all subscriptions

5. Liability

Abhyashika Library is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Members are advised to take care of their valuables.
