1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Abhyashika Library website, registering an account, booking a seat, making a payment, using the student portal, or using our attendance services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

2. Services

Abhyashika Library provides reading room, study space, seat booking, plan renewal, attendance, student account, payment, wallet, and related administrative services. Availability of seats, plans, timing, facilities, and pricing may vary and can be updated from time to time.

3. Registration and Account Responsibility

• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration, booking, profile updates, and document uploads.
• Users are responsible for keeping their phone number, OTP, login credentials, ID card, and account access secure.
• Abhyashika Library may verify user details, documents, profile photos, payment proofs, attendance entries, and booking information.
• Accounts may be restricted, suspended, or cancelled if information is false, misuse is detected, dues are unpaid, or these Terms are violated.

4. Bookings, Seats, and Usage

• Seat bookings and renewals are subject to availability, successful payment, branch rules, and admin verification where applicable.
• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment confirmation or approved manual payment verification.
• Seat assignments, upgrades, seat changes, timings, and plan changes may be subject to operational availability and additional charges.
• Students must follow library rules, maintain discipline, use only the allotted seat and plan timing, and avoid misuse of facilities.

5. Payments

Payments may be collected through online payment gateways, UPI, wallet, manual payment, or other approved payment modes. Users must ensure payment details are correct before completing a transaction. Abhyashika Library is not responsible for failures caused by the user's bank, payment app, incorrect payment details, network issues, or payment gateway downtime.

6. Attendance and Location-Based Features

Attendance tools may use QR scans, phone-based verification, student portal scans, location checks, timestamps, device details, and admin review. Users must not attempt proxy attendance, fake location, duplicate scans, or any other misuse. Attendance records may be used to monitor plan usage, hourly usage, overstays, disputes, and operational compliance.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy published on this website. As a general rule, refunds are not provided unless the order is cancelled within the eligible 24-hour cancellation window and the request satisfies the policy conditions.

8. Uploaded Documents and Profile Images

Users may be required to upload profile photos, identity details, payment proofs, or other documents. Users must upload only valid, accurate, lawful, and relevant files. Abhyashika Library may reject unclear, invalid, misleading, or inappropriate uploads.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Misusing OTPs, login systems, payment flows, attendance systems, QR codes, ID cards, or another user's account.
• Uploading false documents, fake payment proofs, harmful files, or content that violates law or third-party rights.
• Attempting unauthorized access to admin areas, student records, payment records, or system infrastructure.
• Damaging library property, violating library rules, disturbing other students, or using services for unlawful purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abhyashika Library will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service. Our liability for any direct claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected service, unless a higher liability is required by applicable law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the latest update date. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be handled by the competent courts and authorities at Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
